Helen Stefan Moreau is the CEO and Founder of Alliance Federal Solutions, and the visionary behind The Midtown Group — one of the most recognized staffing and workforce solutions firms in the United States. In 1989, just one year after graduating from the University of Florida with degrees in Public Relations and Business, Helen co-founded Midtown with little more than a card table, a few phones, and a fax machine. With a vision to be more than just a transactional staffing firm, she assumed full ownership and grew it into the national powerhouse it is today — placing over 45,000 professionals in careers across government and commercial sectors. Helen leads Alliance's strategic direction and is a champion of women, veterans, and underserved communities, serving as Chair of the Studio Samuel Foundation.
